Information you provide

The site does not require an account and does not ask you to create a health profile. If you choose to contact SOS-Stress using an external email link or contact channel, the information you send is processed only to receive and respond to that communication.

Do not send sensitive medical information through ordinary email or a general contact channel.

Zero cookies and zero browser storage

SOS-Stress does not use any cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or any persistent browser storage for its operations. Technical preferences and temporary states (such as active exercise duration or audio volume) remain strictly in volatile memory during your current visit and are reset when you reload or leave the page.

Because no local storage entries or cookies are created, no personal or device data is retained on your client device.

Server logs

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, browser information, and security events. This information is used for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, subject to the hosting provider’s retention and security settings.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The current application does not require first-party cookies for its core functions. No analytics or advertising provider is enabled in the current release.

If a third-party provider is introduced later, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before that provider is activated.

External links and your choices

External websites have their own privacy practices. You can restrict local storage, leave the site, or use your browser controls at any time. Questions or applicable privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
